Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale

You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

Right to Non-Discrimination

You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercise your rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights

You can submit a request by:

• Using the self-service options in your account settings
• Emailing privacy@the-jam.webglo.org

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask for additional information to confirm you are the account holder.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization (such as a power of attorney) and we may still require you to verify your identity directly.

Response Timing

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period.
